Alicia’s passion lies in fostering a space for healing and transformation.
Elliot Rivera
Certified Yoga Instructor
Elliot is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with a deep appreciation for mindful movement and spiritual growth. He blends traditional Vinyasa techniques with modern practices to create classes that leave students feeling empowered and serene. When he’s not teaching, Elliot enjoys hiking and crafting herbal teas.

Amara brings a unique blend of Reiki energy healing and mindfulness meditation to the studio.
